  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or orders above a certain value, as mentioned on the website


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 6–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS

  • Tracking details will be shared to monitor your shipment status


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  • Please contact us at support@avsparks.com with your Order ID

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution after verification


8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
AV Sparks is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


9. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
