Refund Policy

At AV Sparks, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Products damaged due to customer negligence


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@avsparks.com with your Order ID

  2. Mention the reason for return

  3. Our support team will guide you through the return process

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Replacement Policy

In case you receive:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.


7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
